WASA Gujranwala Tender: Supply of RCC/RPC Covers & Rings (Estimated Rs. 28,811,200)

Issuer: Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Gujranwala. Deputy Director Store is inviting e-bids from registered contractors/firms/companies registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and PPRA for the financial years 2025-26 & 2026-27.

Submission method: Procurement will be conducted through Punjab e-Procurement (e-PADs). Bidding documents and conditions are available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and PPRA website. Bids must be uploaded on e-PADs; original bid security must be submitted to WASA Head Office (Head Office/Depot) as specified.

Key conditions: Bid security must be in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order/Demand Draft/Banker's Cheque equal to 5% of the estimated cost. Soft copy of bid security to be uploaded on e-PADs and original to be deposited as instructed. Bids must be prepared and submitted in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules and e-PADs procedures. Conditional/faxed/telex bids will not be accepted. Bids will be evaluated as per rules; the procuring agency may reject any or all bids.
