Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB), Government of Pakistan, invites sealed proposals for hiring a Tax Consultant on a monthly retainer basis for 1 year (extendable up to 3 years) to provide tax advisory services and represent ETPB in tax litigation before FBR, Tax Tribunals, High Courts and the Supreme Court.

| Eligibility & Minimum Requirements | Reputed Chartered Accountants, Advocates, Companies/Firms with at least 15 years professional experience in tax advisory and litigation; duly registered with respective Bar Councils, ICMA/ICAP as applicable; active on FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for Tax Year 2026-27; minimum annual turnover exceeding PKR 50 million in the last 3 years. |

| Bid Security | Bid must include CDR/Pay Order/Banker’s Cheque as bid security equal to 2% of the quoted bid. Bids without required security will be considered non-responsive. |
| Submission & Opening | Bids must reach the undersigned by 2026-06-19 before 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-06-19 at 11:30 AM. 'Single Stage Two Envelope' procedure under clause 36(b) of PPRA Rules 2004 will be followed. |
