Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Ahmed Pur Sial, Jhang invites electronic bids (e-bids) for multiple framework contracts for the financial year 2026-2027. Eligible contractors/firms must hold valid registration with the Pharmacy Council (Form-9) and relevant tax registrations.

Key submission and bid conditions:
- Submission method: Online only via the PPRA/EPADS portal (Punjab eProcure): http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk/ or the PPRA tender view as referenced. Hard copies of bids submitted by hand will not be entertained. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS.
- Deadline: Bids must be submitted on or before 2026-06-27 (Saturday) at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened through EPADS by the evaluation committee on the same day at 11:00 AM.
- Bidding procedure: Single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure with least-cost method as per PPRA rules.
- Bid security: Original bid security of 2% of estimated tender amount in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Ahmed Pur Sial must be delivered to the hospital address before the bid closing time. A scanned copy of the submitted security must be uploaded on the PPRA portal; failure to do so will render the bid non-responsive.
- Other requirements: Bidders must have valid Pharmacy Council registration (Form-9) and up-to-date income and professional tax registrations. The bidding process will follow PPRA Rules, 2014 (as amended).
