Tender No. 13/2026 — Construction of 94-Men SM Barrack near Chashma (Mianwali)

Public Sector Organization invites sealed tenders for construction of a 94-men SM barrack at site near Chashma (Mianwali). Interested bidders must be security-cleared, enlisted and prequalified with the Department.

How to obtain and submit documents: Tender documents are available for purchase and can be inspected during working hours (Mon–Fri, 0900–1500 hrs) at the issuing office. Issue of tender documents will close one day before the opening date. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and will be opened as per schedule.

Bid security: Bid security must be provided in a separate sealed envelope in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks of Pakistan as specified in the tender documents. Any bidder submitting a Bank Guarantee must ensure it has a minimum validity of six months from the date of opening, otherwise the bid will be rejected.

Conditions: Single-stage, one-envelope procedure will be followed. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals at any time prior to acceptance.
