Key submission & eligibility requirements:
- Bids must be submitted online through the ePADS portal in accordance with KP-PPRA Rules 2014 (Single Stage Single Envelope).
- Mandatory registrations: valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in relevant category; Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) registration; Federal Board of Revenue registration (STRN and NTN); and registration with the Inspectorate of Electricity, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- Original Earnest Money (Call Deposit Receipt / CDR) and any other required original documents must be physically submitted to the Office of the Director of Works, Islamia College Peshawar on or before the bid submission deadline.
- Additional security, if required, shall be deposited as per applicable KP-PPRA/FBR notifications. Incomplete, unsigned or late bids will be rejected.
