CPSP Tender: Contractor Required for Construction of Faisalabad Regional Centre (First Floor)

College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites sealed technical and financial proposals from well-reputed and experienced contractors for the construction of the first floor of the CPSP Regional Centre in Faisalabad. Firms with specialized expertise in office or educational buildings are encouraged to apply.

Mandatory submission documents (technical proposal):

• Company profile: name, permanent address, phone, e-mail, fax, etc.
• Legal status: Partnership deed / Articles of Association and valid Power of Attorney, if any.
• Track record: List of similar projects executed including cost, location and completion time.
• Client satisfaction: Performance/completion certificates from previous clients.
• Current workload: List of similar works currently in hand.
• Financial stability: Audited balance sheets for the last three (03) years and a bank credit-line certificate.
• Tax compliance: Proof of FBR registration, NTN, and up-to-date Income Tax clearance.
• Professional licensing: Valid registration with PEC or PCATP as a consultant.
• Non-blacklisting affidavit: Affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted or in litigation by any client.

All documents must be submitted directly to the Projects Department at the CPSP Regional Center Lahore as specified above. Bids must be submitted on the prescribed tender form along with the required earnest money.
