Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Management Services (MS) Audit function and provide assurance on governance, strategic initiatives, organizational effectiveness, performance management, internal controls and management practices across the Bank.
  • Develop and execute a risk-based Management Services Audit plan aligned with the Bank’s audit strategy and risk assessment.
  • Assess adequacy of controls over financial and management information used for planning, monitoring and reporting.
  • Approve scope and budget of each engagement and monitor overall budgetary control for engagements.
  • Facilitate communication and reporting with the Board Audit Committee, State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and external auditors.
Eligibility Qualification: Minimum MBA/M.Com/MSc in Accounting/Finance or CA/ACCA/CMA degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university/institute. Professional audit/assurance certifications will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 9–12 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in Internal Audit.
Age: Up to 50 years as on date of application.
