RFP — Building Construction Project Management, QA/QC & Site Supervision Services for ADB Pakistan Resident Mission (Islamabad)

Asian Development Bank (ADB) Pakistan Resident Mission (PRM), Islamabad, invites proposals for client-side Building Construction Project Management Consultancy (PMC), including QA/QC and site supervision services for the ADB Pakistan Resident Mission facility.

Scope: Provision of project management, quality assurance/quality control, site supervision, inspection, certification and advisory services across all project stages from implementation through testing, commissioning, handover and closure.

Mandatory eligibility highlights (as stated):

• Nationality of an ADB eligible member country as defined by ADB.
• Not debarred or ineligible to transact with ADB or other multilateral development banks.
• Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration and licensing for the contract duration.
• At least five (5) years' experience in project management / construction management in Pakistan.
• No conflict of interest with ADB engagements.
