Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB), Government of Pakistan, invites sealed proposals (RFP) from reputable Chartered Accountants, Advocates, companies or firms for hiring a Tax Consultant on a monthly retainer basis for 1 year (extendable up to 3 years).

| Eligibility / Qualifications | Reputed Chartered Accountants / Advocates / Companies / Firms with at least 15 years professional experience in tax advisory and litigation; duly registered with respective Bar Councils/ICMA/ICAP; must be active on FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for 2026-27. |
| Financial Requirement | Applicants must have annual turnover exceeding Rs. 50 million during the last 3 years. |
| RFP Document Fee | Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable). RFP documents available from office on written request with payment until 2026-06-18 during office hours. |
| Bid Security | 2% of the quoted bid in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Banker’s Cheque. Bids without prescribed bid security will be treated as non-responsive. |
| Submission Deadline | Bids must reach the undersigned by 2026-06-19 before 11:00 AM. |
| Bid Opening | 19-06-2026 at 11:30 AM in the office of the undersigned. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under clause 36(b) of PPRA Rules, 2004. |
