Documents & eligibility: Upload CNIC, educational degrees with transcripts, valid PMC/PMDC registration (where applicable), experience certificates, domicile, recent photograph, and any NOC if applicable. Age range noted in the advert: 18–62 years. Applicants who applied previously must reapply. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted; no TA/DA will be provided.
Application fee & payment: Processing fee: Rs. 3,000 for doctor positions and Rs. 1,000 for other positions. Applicants must upload a screenshot/photo of the bank deposit slip when submitting the online application; a separate fee is required for each position applied for. Payment details list Bank of Punjab with account and IBAN details in the advert.
