Procurement Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per clause 38 of PPRA Rules, 2014. Bidders must submit complete electronic bids online at the Punjab e-procurement portal (www.punjab eprocure.gov.pk) following the schedule above.
Bid Security: 5% of the estimated cost to be furnished in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee as required. The CDR/Bank Guarantee shall be submitted in the office of Director General Archaeology (address shown in the tender documents) on or before the bid opening time.
Eligibility: Firms must be registered with PEC in the listed categories and have relevant experience in façade upgradation and horticulture works as applicable.
