Submission instructions: Sealed tenders, addressed to the CFO and marked with the relevant case number, must reach the Tender Box, Admin Block, HMC, Taxila by 1400 hours on 2026-10-27. Tenders will be opened at 1430 hours on the same day in the Admin Block in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available from the Department of Supply Chain Management, HMC, and from HMC and PPRA websites. Documents can be purchased against payment of Rs. 1,500 (non-refundable) in the form of CDR / Pay Order in favor of HMC.
