PBC Invitation for Bids — Leasing Prime Commercial Land & Properties (Submission Deadline: 2026-06-30)

Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation (Headquarters Islamabad) invites sealed bids from reputed and financially sound entities under PPRA Rule 36(b) (Single-Stage–Two Envelope Procedure) for renting prime underutilized land and properties at key commercial locations across Pakistan.

Eligibility Criteria: Registration with SECP and FBR (Active Taxpayer), NTN & GST; registration on PPRA e-PADS; valid licenses and relevant experience; affidavit confirming non-blacklisting by any Federal/Provincial Government department and absence of litigation/disputes.

Bid Submission & Fee: Bids must be submitted through PPRA e-PADS and also as hard copy at PBC Headquarters (Room No. 426) before the stipulated deadline. A bid security equal to 2% of the bid value (refundable) must be submitted through e-PADS along with the bid. A non-refundable bidding fee of PKR 20,000 shall be deposited in the form of a pay order in favor of PBC Islamabad. Parties who have previously submitted the PKR 20,000 bidding fee in similar recent bids need not pay again.

Deadlines & Opening: Submission Deadline: 30 June 2026 (1200 hours). Bid Opening: 30 June 2026 (1230 hours).
