National Highway Authority (Finance Wing – Revenue Section), Government of Pakistan, invites e-Bids from prospective bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and registered with Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) with a valid certificate. The procurement is for provision of data communication services between Electronic Toll Machines (ETM) at toll plazas and weigh stations and the National Traffic Operation Centre (NTOC) at NHA Headquarters, Islamabad.
