NHA Invitation to e-Bids – Technical Support for Weigh Stations on NHA Network (2026–2029)

Issuer: Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Communications, National Highway Authority (Finance Wing – Revenue Directorate). Tender No.: SLAWS-2026-2029.

Purpose: Provision of technical support to upkeep static, mobile and S&SWIM weigh stations on the NHA network for the period 2026–2029. Prospective bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, be on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR, and hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) operator license where required.

Procurement procedure and documents: Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure. Bidding documents, terms and conditions, method of procurement, required bid security, bid validity and evaluation criteria are available on the NHA e-bidding portal from 2026-06-15. Bidders should download and follow instructions from the portal.

Submission and opening: Technical e-bids must be submitted via the NHA e-bidding portal on or before 2026-07-02 until 11:00 hours. Technical e-bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours. Financial bid submission/opening details are described in the bidding documents and will be communicated to eligible bidders.

Registration note: All firms are advised to ensure applicable registrations (tax and procurement portals) are in place prior to submission.
