Tender: Construction of 35.00 km Blacktop Road — Zhob to Mekhtar via Murgha Kibzai (Re-tender)

Project Director, Zhob–Mekhtar via Murgha Kibzai (N-50 & N-70) Road invites electronic bids for the construction of a 35.00 km blacktop road (Re-tender). Procurement will be carried out under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Only electronic bids will be accepted; no physical bids.

Eligibility & requirements: Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) at the required category (as specified in the bidding documents) is required. Firms must meet the experience and financial capacity criteria set out in the bidding documents.

Submission & opening: Complete bidding documents are available and the e-Bidding document can be obtained/downloaded from the Electronic Public Procurement System (BPPRA). Bids must be submitted electronically via the supplier dashboard. Last date and time for electronic submission: 2026-06-29 by 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM.
