Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Islamabad-Rawalpindi invites sealed bids (Single Stage Two Envelope) from PEC and DHA-registered contractors/firms in Category C-1 & above with specialization CE-01 & CE-10 for the turnkey Rehabilitation of DHA Expressway.
Project overview: Design & construction of a 7.5 km long, 150 ft wide, 6-lane DHA Expressway on a turnkey basis, including condition assessment, design and design vetting (in consultation with DHA Authority), road rehabilitation, full-depth re-carpeting/asphalt overlay, hydrology and storm drainage works, road furniture, signage, safety barriers, solar street lights, horticulture and rain harvesting with water supply for medians, shifting of services if required, testing, commissioning and handover as a complete functional facility. Expressway gate included.
