LDA Tender: Illumination of Main Boulevard from Ring Road Roundabout to Butcher Khan Canal Road, Lahore

Issuer: Lahore Development Authority (LDA), UD Wing. LDA invites e-tenders for illumination works on a main boulevard in Lahore under Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure (PPRA-38(2)(a)). Contractors must be registered on EPADS and hold a valid PEC licence and active NTN.

• Bid submission through E-Tendering/EPADS (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Contractors must register on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) EPADS portal and submit bids online per EPADS procedures.
• Only contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the stated category and possessing a valid PEC licence and active NTN may participate.
• Bids must follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope format (technical and financial proposals). Financial proposals must state rates in figures and words.
• Bids must be accompanied by the stated bid security (as noted above) in acceptable forms such as Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt from a scheduled bank in favor of Lahore Development Authority. The bid security must remain valid as required in the bidding documents.
• Contract documents, bidding rules, and instructions are available on the EPADS/PPRA websites. Participation and submission are subject to PPRA Rules 2014 (amended) and relevant PPRA/EPADS regulations.
