IESCO Procurement: Hiring Outsourced Firm to Provide 101 Account Assistants (Non‑Consultancy)

Issuer: Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) Headquarters, Islamabad. Purpose: Invitation to hire an outsourced/3rd‑party firm to provide resources (Account Assistants) on an on‑need basis at various IESCO offices.

Procurement method: Single Stage – Two Envelope / Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) via e‑bidding through E‑PADS. Bidders must be registered on E‑PADS v2.0 for provision of non‑consultancy services. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security and will be subject to public procurement rules and IESCO regulations.
