Workers Welfare Fund (WWF) Invitation to Bid — Supply of Photocopier Machines (Bid due 2026-08-11)

Issuer: Workers Welfare Fund (WWF), Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis & Human Resource Development, Government of Pakistan.

Purpose: Invitation to bids from sole distributor firms/companies registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed on FBR's Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for the supply of photocopier machines.

Eligibility & Bid Security: Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and appear on FBR's ATL. A bid security/earnest money of 5% of the total bid value is required in the form of bank draft/pay order/call deposit in favor of Workers Welfare Fund. The original bid security must reach the WWF office before the bid submission closing date and time.

Submission & Download: Bids are to be submitted online through the PPRA EPADS/e-procurement system (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the Workers Welfare Fund website and the PPRA EPADS system. Hard copies of tender documents may be provided by bidders if required.

Right to Accept/Reject: Workers Welfare Fund reserves the right to accept or reject bids as per PPRA Rules, 2004. Bidders are advised to register on the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) EPAD system to participate in current and future WWF procurements.
