IESCO Procurement: Outsourced Firm to Provide 101 Account Assistants (Non-Consultancy Services)

Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) Headquarters invites bids through E-PADS v2.0 for hiring the services of an outsourced firm (3rd party) to provide non-consultancy resources: Account Assistants. Qualified and reputable firms registered on E-PADS v2.0 may participate under the Single Stage Two Envelope / Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) procurement procedure.

- Bidding platform: E-PADS v2.0 (electronic submission only). Bidders must be registered on E-PADS v2.0 to submit.

- Procurement method: Single-Stage Two-Envelope / QCBS as per Public Procurement Rules and the Authority’s instructions.
