Municipal Corporation Sialkot E-PADS Tender Notice for Footpath, Street Lights & Rehabilitation Works

Issuer: Office of the Municipal Corporation, Sialkot (Chief Officer).

Purpose: Invitation to eligible engineering firms/contractors to participate in e-procurement (E-PADS) for three municipal works under PPRA/PPRA e-tendering system. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and registered on the Punjab E-Procurement (e-Proc) website.

How to apply: Submit bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx). Original bid security (CDR) and other required documents must be submitted physically to the Office of Municipal Corporation Sialkot before the stated closing time.

Key conditions:

• Bids must follow PPRA rules and the instructions in the bidding documents.
• Bid closing date and time: 2021-06-23 at 11:00 AM (bids submitted after this time will not be accepted).
• Bid opening: same day, 23-06-2021, at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives.
• Original CDR/earnest money must reach the Municipal Corporation Sialkot office by 11:00 AM on 2021-06-23; late or cancelled CDRs will be declared non-responsive.
• Successful bidder must submit performance guarantee as per PPRA rules.
• Bids must include all applicable taxes as per Government of Punjab rules; authorities reserve the right to reject any bid per PPRA regulations.
