PMD/IFRAP — Expression of Interest for Financial Management Specialist (Individual Consultant)

Pakistan Meteorological Department (Project Implementation Unit) invites expressions of interest from qualified individual consultants for the position of Financial Management Specialist under the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP), Component II: Strengthening Hydromet and Climate Services.

Candidates should hold a professional accounting qualification (CA/ACCA/ACMA) and have around ten years' experience managing finance for large international, national or subnational projects. Selection will follow the World Bank's Open Competitive Selection procedures for individual consultants.
