Tender for Supply of Medicines — District Headquarter Teaching Hospital Mardan (FY 2026-2027)

The Medical Superintendent, District Headquarter Teaching Hospital Mardan invites online tenders from licensed chemists/druggists for supply of medicines for the financial year 2026-2027. Bidders must possess a retailer licence verified by the Drug Inspector and all supplies must comply with the Drug Act, 1976.

Quotations must be uploaded via e-Procurement by 2026-07-29 before 10:00 AM. Bid/call deposits: PKR 100,000 for local medicines (item 1) and PKR 600,000 for medicines under the Health Facilities Program (item 2). Original registration documents and matching call deposit must also be submitted to the Medical Superintendent's office, DHQ Teaching Hospital Mardan. Rates will remain valid until 2027-06-30. The successful bidder must maintain a 24-hour supply counter at the hospital and supply medicines in their original condition; supply of unregistered drugs or failure to deliver will result in contract termination.
