Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites e-bids on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis for sale of old / unserviceable scrap material through single-stage single-envelope national competitive bidding. Interested, tax-registered firms may inspect material on any working day during office hours up to the tender opening date. Bids must follow the detailed terms and conditions available from the office of the Chief Engineer (Dev.), PMU SEPCO Sukkur and via SEPCO/PPRA e-procurement platforms.
Key submission rules (as published): bids must be accompanied by bid security/earnest money from scheduled banks in the shape of CDR/bank guarantee/pay order valid for 120 days from the date of opening. Bidders must be registered taxpayers and submit e-bids on the specified e-procurement system. Late or non-compliant bids will be rejected.
