Tender: Construction of Shops (Grey Structure) – Municipal Committee Hassanabdal

Office of the Municipal Committee Hassanabdal invites sealed bids through E-PADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk/) from contractors registered on E-PADS for the year 2025-26 / MRS 1st Bi-Annual 2026 (01 January 2026 to 30 June 2026) for work in Municipal Committee Hassanabdal, District Attock, Punjab.

Bids will be submitted on Single Stage Single Envelope basis under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding documents and detailed terms & conditions can be downloaded free of cost from the e-procurement website. Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded on E-PADS and the original bid security (CDR/Pay order) shall be deposited in the office of the Municipal Committee Hassanabdal by or before 12:30 PM on the closing date. The bidder must also upload the bid in accordance with the bidding document instructions by the specified closing time on E-PADS. The competent authority may reject any bid as per rules. The successful contractor will sign the agreement on stamp paper and will be issued a work order after compliance.
