Tender: Upgradation/Improvement of Chief Officer Residence – Municipal Committee Chakwal (e-bids)

Municipal Committee Chakwal (the “Client / Procuring Agency”) invites e-bids from eligible Contractors/Firms/Companies registered on e-PADS, FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority, having active tax filer status (NTN & PNTN) and meeting mandatory document requirements including Bid Security as specified in the bidding documents.

Key submission details: bids must be submitted on or before 23.06.2026 up to 11:05 AM via the e-PADS system. Bids will be opened on the same day (as stated) on e-PADS. This procurement follows a Single Stage – One Envelope bidding procedure. Hard copies of bids will not be accepted except where a hard copy of Bid Security is specifically required. Bid validity is 120 days from the date of opening.

Bid Security: 5% of the estimated cost in favor of Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Chakwal. Acceptable forms: CDR / Pay Order / Demand Draft / Banker’s Cheque. Conditions for submission, refund and forfeiture of bid security are as per the bidding documents. Disqualification will result from submission of fake, forged or misleading documents; reporting for blacklisting will follow applicable rules.
