Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Attock invites sealed tenders (Single Stage – Two Envelope) from firms/companies registered under Sales Tax & Income Tax Acts with active tax status for supply, installation and related civil/electrical work of hybrid solar systems, inverters, batteries and associated works for District & Sessions Courts, Attock. Tender dated 2026-05-21. Procurement will follow PPRA rules 2014 (amended) and bidding shall be through e-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) only: https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk.

Key tender conditions and procurement instructions:
- Estimated total cost (advertised): PKR 34.2 million. Bid security: PKR 1,026,000 (3% of estimated price) in the shape of bank draft in favour of District & Sessions Judge, Attock. The bidder must upload scanned copy of bid on EPADS and submit the original bank draft physically or by courier to the office before tender closing. Successful bidder will furnish 5% performance bank guarantee (refundable).
- Bids will be submitted online only via EPADS. No bid other than EPADS will be accepted.
- Submission deadline (EPADS): 2026-06-08 up to 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-06-08 at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend (Committee Room of Sessions Courts, Attock).
