Tender Notice — Framework Supply & Services for THQ Hospital Jahanian (FY 2026-27)

Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Jahanian invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EPADS) from registered suppliers/manufacturers/firms (Income Tax & Sales Tax registered, professional tax certificate for FY 2026-27, and registered on EPADS) for single-stage two-envelope framework contracts for FY 2026-27. Bidders must follow PPR-2014 Rule 38(2)(a).

Bid security: scanned bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be uploaded with the electronic bid. The original bid security instrument (CDR, Pay Order, etc.) must be submitted to the Office of the Medical Superintendent before close of office hours on 2026-06-19. Late bids will be rejected.

• Bid Opening Date & Time: 2026-06-20 at 11:00 AM
• If the bid submission day is an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as the closing date.
