UBL Tender: Vehicles for Sale (As-Is) — Submit Bids by 2026-06-11

United Bank Limited (UBL) Regional Headquarters Lahore invites sealed tenders for sale of bank vehicles on an "As Is Where Is" basis. Interested bidders may inspect vehicles, obtain tender forms, and submit offers as detailed below.

Inspection period: 2026-06-08 (Monday) to 2026-06-10 (Wednesday), 09:30 AM to 05:30 PM at UBL Warehouse, Inayat Masjid Road near Al-Buruni School, Harbanspura, Lahore.

Tender forms and terms & conditions are available at the site at a non-refundable cost of Rs. 200 per form. A separate tender form is required for each vehicle. Tenders must be submitted with a pay order equal to 10% of the offered amount as earnest money.

Submission deadline: Tenders to be dropped with earnest money by 02:00 PM on 2026-06-11. Tender opening: 02:30 PM on 2026-06-11 at United Bank Limited, Regional Office, Mezzanine Floor, 1-Main Gulberg Jail Road, Lahore (in the presence of available bidders).

Important notes: UBL employees are not permitted to participate. Vehicles are offered on an "As Is Where Is" basis; bidders should verify vehicle details (registration, engine, chassis, etc.) with relevant authorities — vehicle specifics are available at the warehouse. The bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning reasons.

Tax: As per Finance Act 2019, advance tax will be collected at 10% for filers and 20% for non-filers of the sale price and deposited to the Government Treasury.
