NHA e-Bids: Construction of Steel Overhead / Pedestrian Bridge at Lala Sehrai Chowk, Jahanian (N-5A)

National Highway Authority (Punjab–South Region, Central Zone) invites e-Bids from contractors registered with the Income Tax Department and listed as Active Taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue. Eligible bidders must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration Category C-5 or above with specialization CE-01 & CE-10.

Procurement method: Single Stage – Two Envelopes via NHA e-Procurement (e-Bids). Bidding documents, method of procurement and conditions will be available for download free of cost from the NHA e-procurement portal. All bidders must be registered on the e-procure portal; manual (hard copy) bids will be eliminated in upcoming procurements. Technical proposals will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
