Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites e-bids (re-tender) through the e-PAKS / National Competitive Bidding (NCB) system from firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with valid PEC license 2025–2026 in the relevant category C-5, registered with Provincial Sales Tax (PST) Balochistan and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR.

- Tender fee: Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) payable by pay order in favour of PD (GSC) QESCO; original receipt must be provided prior to bid opening.
- Bid security must be submitted in a separate envelope clearly marked with the Tender No. and title and delivered to the Project Director (GSC) QESCO one day before bid opening; failure to submit will result in rejection.
- Firms must possess required PEC category, relevant past experience and valid tax/PST registration as stated in the bidding documents. QESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids per PPRA rules.
