| Qualification | Master's or BS (4-year) degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Public Policy, International Relations, Rural/International Development, Political Science, Law, Development Management, Social/Management Sciences, or any relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized institution. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years of professional experience at international, national or provincial level. Demonstrated experience managing PSDP and/or foreign-funded projects, including monitoring, preparation and execution of annual work plans, budgets, planning, administration and procurement. Strong familiarity with project management, negotiation and coordination with international financial institutions, federal/provincial governments and other stakeholders. |

| Remuneration | Equivalent to PPS-12 salary package or as approved in the PCI. |
