National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for experienced professionals for regional and product policy roles. Positions are on a contractual basis (three years, may be renewed). Shortlisted candidates will be called for test and/or interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.

Regional-level SME/commercial banking experience preferred. | Lead regional managers and relationship teams to drive SME, commercial and agriculture lending growth; develop regional business strategies; originate and structure credit proposals within delegated authority; portfolio monitoring and risk controls; ensure compliance with SBP prudential regulations; market development, training, and performance management. |
| Processing Officer — Policy & Product Programs (OG-II / OG-I) | Karachi | Unit Head – Policy & Product Programs | Minimum graduation from HEC-recognized university/college/institute. Master’s in Business and/or professional certifications (e.g., AIBP/JAIBP) preferred. | Minimum 2 years’ experience in SME financing and/or commercial lending; experience in designing/managing/implementing policies and products for SME/commercial businesses required. | Support design and enhancement of SME financing products, policy frameworks and documentation; coordinate with Risk, Credit, Compliance and Operations to ensure product compliance and alignment with bank risk appetite; prepare MIS, analyses and training materials; monitor product performance. |
Other required skills: strong understanding of SME/commercial financing and trade finance, SBP regulations, credit evaluation, leadership and team management, strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency in MS Office.
