The National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) invites e-bids from eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 for the “Establishment of Eight (08) IT Labs with provisions and installation of all equipment on turnkey basis at Public Technical & Vocational Education and Training Institutes in Karachi.” Procurement will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and NAVTTC instructions.
