TMA Banda Daud Shah e-Tender — Purchase of Solid Waste Machinery

Issuer: Office of the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA), Banda Daud Shah, District Karak. Purpose: Procurement/fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery for TMA Banda Daud Shah under EPAD e-tendering.

Key instructions and eligibility:

• Only firms registered on the EPAD e-procurement portal and eligible bidders/contractors may participate.
• Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and hold NTN, GST and any applicable trade/registration documents as required by law.
• Two-envelope procedure: Technical and Financial bids to be submitted as per KPPRA rules. The chassis for the works will be supplied by TMA.
• Bid security: Original bid security equivalent to 2% of the total bid price in the shape of CDR in favor of TMO, TMA Banda Daud Shah must be sealed in the technical envelope.
• All taxes, income tax, sales tax and other applicable duties, stamp duties etc. will be deducted as per government rules.
• Deliveries, installation and testing (where applicable) will be supervised and inspected by TMA authorities; warranty/after-sales conditions as per procurement terms.
• All bidders must upload their bids through the EPAD e-procurement system. Physical submission of CDR and sealed documents is required as specified in the tender terms.
• The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with KPPRA rules.
