Executive Engineer, Building Division Mohmand (at Ghallahani), Communication & Works Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids through the ePADS single-stage two-envelope procedure from eligible firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the Current Financial Year 2025-26.
Bidding documents and criteria can be downloaded from the official ePADS system and the C&W website. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals via e-bidding on the ePADS platform. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from scheduled banks and other required documents (affidavit, PEC registration, tax documents, etc.) must be uploaded/submitted as per the tender conditions.
