- Pre-bid conference: 2026-07-01 at 10:00 hrs in the office of Director Procurement, Pakistan Railways, Admin Block, Carriage Factory, Islamabad.

Submission and bid security:

- Bids must be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) via the eprocure portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk). No bids submitted outside EPADS will be entertained.

- Bid security must be submitted physically in a sealed envelope and deposited in the tender box in the office of Director Procurement before the bid closing time. Bidders must also upload the complete scanned copy of the bid in EPADS.
