SSGC LPG Ltd – International LPG Supply Tenders (Single-Stage Two-Envelope)

SSGC LPG Ltd invites sealed bids under Single-Stage Two-Envelope Bidding Procedure from reputed international LPG suppliers on CFR basis (Port Qasim, Karachi). Price components to be quoted per M.Ton: (C + P) = Cost plus Premium (or Discount), (+) Freight. Delivery to be preferred in the respective month or as specified by SSGC LPG. Bid submission time: 1500 Hrs; bids will be opened half an hour after submission on the same date.

Key procurement notes:

1. Tender documents contain detailed Terms & Conditions, method of procurement, procedure for submission of bids, bid validity, opening of bids, evaluation criteria, specification, rejection, etc.

2. Tender documents can be obtained from the office mentioned below from Monday through Friday between 0900 Hrs. to 1600 Hrs., and are also available on the SSGC LPG website (www.ssgclpg.com).

3. Bids will be opened publicly 30 minutes after the bid submission time at the scheduled date.

4. Issuance of tender documents to new / dormant suppliers may require submission of verification documents (e.g., CNIC / Passport copies of shareholders / directors, verification of authorized activities, product origin, company profile, signed SPA/Contract with suppliers, etc.).

5. SSGC LPG reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance without any liability.
