Tender: Consultancy for Planning, Design & Resident Supervision — Construction of Faiz Ahmed Faiz Complex (University of Narowal)

Issuer: Project Director, University of Narowal (New Campus), Narowal. Purpose: Procurement of consultancy services for planning, architectural and structural designs, preparation of cost estimates, technical specifications, bidding documents and resident supervision of civil works for the project “Construction of Faiz Ahmed Faiz Complex”.

Key instructions and eligibility:

- Bidding will follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA rules.

- Bid documents are available from the PPRA Punjab website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and e-procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) as per publication.

- E-bids must be submitted online on the e-procurement portal on or before the submission date/time. Hard copies will not be accepted in lieu of online submission.

- Bid security of 3% of the estimated amount must accompany the bid in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of "Treasurer, University of Narowal". Original bid security must be submitted to the Project Director's office at the address below on or before the closing time; bids without original security may be rejected.

- The procuring agency will not be responsible for late submission due to system or other issues; bidders must ensure compliance with e-procurement procedures.
