NGC Tender: Construction of Boundary Wall & Main Entrance Gate at NGC Microwave Site, Kot Mithan

Issuer: National Grid Company of Pakistan (NGC) — Executive Engineer (Civil), NGC Multan Cantt.

Bid Reference: XEN/CIV/AM/NU/L/025-26/03R. Single Stage — Two Envelope procedure. Sealed bids are invited from eligible firms registered with Federal and Provincial Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue and relevant Provincial Revenue Authority.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Firms must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and be on the Active Taxpayers List.
• Bidders must submit a Bid Security in the form of Deposit at Call or a Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan in favour of the Executive Engineer (Civil), valid for a period extending twenty-eight (28) days beyond the bid validity date.
• Complete scope bids only; partial bids will be rejected. Bidders must complete the mandatory checklist before submission.

Submission & Opening:

• Bid submission method: e-PA&DS (e-PADs) only.
• Deadline for submission: 2026-06-22 at 11:00 AM (local time).
• Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
• Original (hard) copy of Bid Security must be submitted before the bid closing deadline.

Other Notes: The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject all bids and annul the bidding process at any time prior to contract award as per Clause 33(1) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
