Location Peshawar (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa)
Minimum Experience Minimum 10 years in the banking sector, including at least 5 years as Branch Manager/Area Manager. Preference for candidates with branch supervision experience in Peshawar/Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Qualification Minimum Bachelor degree from an HEC-recognized institute (University/Degree awarding institution, local or international).
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business of branches to increase lending, deposits and outreach.
  • Supervise a branch network of 15–25 branches and ensure achievement of business targets.
  • Execute bank credit and business policy; ensure loan disbursement and recovery targets.
  • Provide leadership for branch development and attainment of allocated targets across operational activities (disbursement, recovery, NPLs & deposits).
  • Maintain close liaison with agricultural stakeholders, relevant organizations and local authorities; represent the bank in seminars and conferences.
  • Ensure financial efficiency and profitability of operations/branches; implement quality assurance standards and controls.
  • Review and evaluate financial and operational performance of branches.
Eligibility / Ineligibility
  • Maximum age: 50 years as on closing date.
  • Market-competitive remuneration will be offered.
