TMA Dassu Upper Kohistan E-Tender – Supply/Fabrication of 3 Mini Tippers (1.5 m³)

Issuer: Office of the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA), Dassu Upper Kohistan (funded by Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa).

Purpose: E-Tender for fabrication/supply of solid waste machinery (mini tippers/dumpers).

Eligibility & Requirements: Registered manufacturers/fabricators only with NTN, GST and 3S facility (Sale, Service & Spare parts) within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must be registered on the E-PADS (e-bidding) portal and submit bids under the Single Stage Two-Envelope method as per KPPRA Rules 2014.

Bid Security: Original 2% of total bid price in shape of CDR in favor of "TMO TMA Dassu". The CDR must be sealed in an envelope, marked accordingly, and delivered to the Assistant Tehsil Officer (I&S), TMA Dassu Upper Kohistan before the closing date and time.

Submission & Opening: E-bids must be uploaded/submitted via the E-PADS portal on or before 2026-06-25 at 12:00 PM. Technical bids (via E-PADS) will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. Financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened later and the date/time/venue will be communicated after technical evaluation through E-PADS/email.

Other Terms: All applicable government taxes (Sales Tax, Income Tax, KPPRA taxes, stamp duties, etc.) apply. Rates must be quoted on FOR basis with free delivery to the TMA office. Successful bidder must provide complete operational training to staff. Incomplete, conditional, late, or manual bids will not be accepted. Purchase order subject to release of funds. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids as per KPPRA rules.

Submission Method: Register and submit/upload e-bids through the E-PADS e-procurement portal (as referenced in the notice). Original CDR to be delivered to the Assistant Tehsil Officer (I&S), TMA Dassu Upper Kohistan before the closing date/time.
