Finance Department, Government of Balochistan invites sealed proposals from reputable and qualified HR / professional recruitment firms for providing recruitment support services for the Proposed Bank of Balochistan. The assignment covers end-to-end executive search and selection of C-Suite and key executive positions including sourcing, screening, assessment, verification and documentation required for appointment and regulatory fit & proper processes.

| Procedure | Single Stage Two Envelope bidding. Financial proposals of technically responsive firms will be opened as per RFP evaluation criteria. Procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal. |
