Bidders must be registered with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA GOB. Bidders must be on the Active Tax Payer List, possess a Sales Tax Certificate, and not be blacklisted. Specific experience, turnover, and certification requirements apply to each tender item. Joint Ventures (JV) are not permissible.

Notes
Procurement will be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. The procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% in the form of a Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank.
