Bidders must be on the Active Tax Payer List, not blacklisted by any procuring agency, registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority, and have completed 2 similar assignments with a turnover of at least PKR 16,826,922 in the last three years, with an audit report from a chartered firm (ICAP).
