Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. The procedure of procurement is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding. Bids must accompany Bid Security of 2% in the form of Bank Guarantee/Deposit at Call. A Tender Fee of 2000 PKR is required.
