Eligibility & Qualification
- Contractors/firms must be approved and registered with PEC for the year 2025-26 with appropriate specialization codes (document shows EE-04, EE-05 referenced for listed works).
- Must be registered with relevant authorities (PRA/FR/BR as applicable) and appear on the active taxpayer list.
- Bidders must upload documentary evidence (registration, PEC certificate renewal, tax status) and evidence of past similar work (work orders / completion certificates) via the electronic bidding platform.
Bid Security / Earnest Money & Performance Security
- Original bid security (earnest money) of Rs. 100,000 in favour of Project Director Construction Circle LESCO is required. The bid security must be submitted in the specified form (CDR/Pay Order) at the Project Director's office before the bid submission deadline.
- Successful bidder to furnish 10% performance security of the tender amount.
Submission & Opening
- All bids must be submitted online through EPADS V2.0. Bidders shall upload all required documents and bid forms via EPADS V2.0.
- Date & Time of Submission (Closing): 2026-06-30 at 11:30 AM.
