Issuer: Cantonment Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Peshawar (Military Lands & Cantonments Department). e-procurement (e-PA) tenders are invited under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure (Rule 36(b) PPRA Rules 2004) on the basis of MES Schedule of Rates 2025 (amended). Only firms/contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for 2025-26 and listed as Active Taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) are eligible to bid.
Submission method: Online through the e-procurement portal (e-PA). Bidders must submit technical and financial bids in separate envelopes as per procedure.
