CDA E-Bid Notice – MS Grill Works along Khyaban-e-Suhrawardy, Sector G-5 Islamabad (Bid Close 2026-06-29)

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (Directorate of Works). The CDA invites electronic bids on a Single Stage-One Envelope basis from firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) holding a valid Registration Certificate in Category C-5 or above for the year 2025-26 and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and Pakistan Revenue Authority as applicable. Firms must have project codes CE-10, BC-01 and prove eligibility and qualification as required in bidding documents.

- Bidding documents, electronic requirement, and terms and conditions are available for registered bidders on E-PADs at www.eprocure.gov.pk and information also on www.ppra.org.pk.

- Bid security must be provided in the form of Pay Order/CDR in favor of Deputy Director (Works)-I, CDA. Original scanned copy of the Bid Security must be uploaded with the bid on e-procure; original Bid Security in hard copy will be required before issuance of Contract/Work Order as per CDA rules.

- Electronic bids will be submitted and opened through E-PA DS (eprocure.gov.pk) on the mentioned date and time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Manual bids will not be accepted.
